Mobily announced its latest offer on Raqi, allowing new customers and referrals from other operators an access to three additional lines for family members and free for a period of three months.
This is being to enhance the added value of the package that is best suited to major customers in the Kingdom, Mobily stated. This also reflects Mobily’s concern with the family and keenness to keep all family members in constant contact.
According to this offer, Raqi customer will get up to three additional lines on the Raqi Family package. Each line includes 500 free minutes inside and outside the network on a monthly basis, in addition to the possibility of utilizing these minutes for a period of three months in case of not consuming them during each month.
Mobily claims to have innovated the feature of sharing minutes, SMSs, and the Internet for Raqi Family package, so that they can share 600 minutes, 600 SMSs and unlimited Internet on monthly basis without extra charges to give Raqi package flexibility and distinction to its customers in Raqi Family package.
Mobily added the cash retrieval feature for an amount up to SR3,600 annually, immediately after subscription in the new Raqi package, where the subscriber can retrieve the value of smartphones when buying them in a form of deduction from his monthly bills throughout the year.
Mobily also allows a direct discount feature on smart phones up to SR3,600 celebrating each customer completed one year in the package, noting that this feature is continuous in case of completion of each additional year in Raqi.
Mobily is paying special attention to Raqi customers by giving them many features and exclusive services, including a Priority Pass membership. It is a special pass card for the entry of VIPs lounges at international airports.
